This All-in-one solution means no more attachment changes or broken cables due to chain hung magnets. Your production rate will increase, and so will your bottom line.
The Bateman all-in-one combination DEMO-MAG is a great solution for metal separation and material handling. Bateman Demo-Mags are supplied with standard pin on lugging and can be used with pin grabbers. Combine the Bateman Demo-Mag with one of our reliable hydraulic generator systems for less downtime and more production.
We carry both the BA200 for 200 class machines, and the BA300 for 300 class machines. The BA300 has a 4 over 3 tine configuration, a 40 inch magnet, and uses a 15Kw generator. The BA200 has a 4 over 3 tine configuration, a 34 inch magnet, and uses a 9Kw generator. The BA300 and BA200 Bateman Demo-Mag Grapples are available for rent or sale.
